Pumpkin Bread
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 cup oil
- 1 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
Mix flour, sugar, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice together. In a separate bowl, mix oil, pumpkin, water, eggs and raisins. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Pour into two large or three small greased loaf pans in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
