THE CAROLINA SUITE
Our pet-friendly space, the Carolina Suite is in the front of the old servant's cottage, and consists of a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bath with a whirlpool and shower, and a pleasant and sunny sitting room. The bedroom has a four-poster bed with intricate carving and posts that reach right to the ceiling. The porch, at second-floor level, is surrounded by Leyland Cypress, overlooks the rose garden, and has a comfortable pair of chairs for relaxing.
The sitting room holds a queen-sized Sealy Posturepedic sleeper sofa, and a large TV with VCR. Rate: $220; $38/day for each person more than two; $25/day for each dog.
