Room Rates, Cancellations & Lost Items
Room rates range from $199-$335/night (plus all applicable taxes) for single or double occupancy, which includes a full gourmet breakfast served at 9am, wine and cheese tasting & pantry access. Our inn has a guest pantry stocked with soft drinks, water, ice, coffee, tea, glassware, champagne buckets, cookies, fruit and chips, which is available to our guests 24 hours/7 days a week. We offer complimentary wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm to be enjoyed on our wrap-around porch or in our formal parlor.
If notification of a cancellation is received at least (21) days prior to the arrival date (90 days notice for certain special packages and events), the deposit is refundable less a $45.00 cancellation fee per room. If notification of a cancellation is received (21) days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days notice for certain special packages and events), the full amount of the deposit will be charged and is non-refundable. If notification of a cancellation is received (5) days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay, this includes any possible booking errors made on-line or by travel agents. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. Please read and understand our cancellation policies before making your reservation. Each reservation requires a guarantee with an advance deposit by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. One night or 50% of your total stay (whichever is greater) is required as a deposit.
Biltmore Village Inn is not responsible for cancellations or delays in arrival due to weather, transportation or ailments. Regular cancellation policy applies.
Please note that there is a 24 hour notice required to cancel any massage appointments.
Sometimes while traveling things get left behind. We’re happy to ship things left behind to you by using the credit card we have on file. Guest’s personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the property owners against loss or damage due to theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause.
Check-in & Check-out Procedures
Check-in is between 3-6 p.m. Late arrivals (after 6pm) must be approved in advance as we have special instructions to provide you with. Please consider our check-in time when making your travel arrangements.
We provide a detailed tour of the home at the time of your check-in, however, if you’re in a hurry and needing to get checked-in quickly, please advise us when you arrive so we are courteous to your needs.
Check-out is by 11 AM. A later check-out may be possible for an additional cost. Please ask your Innkeeper for details.
We cheerfully accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. Gift cards/certificates from some websites may also be accepted as payment. Please verify with us if we can accept these certificates from the source that you have at the time of booking. Also note that there is a fee per certificate used (determined by amount the source charges our Inn to accept).
Non-Smoking & Damages Policy
We are a NON-SMOKING inn, including the porches and grounds. Failure to comply with our policy in your room will result in a $300 service charge.
Any damage or loss to the rooms or articles in the rooms caused by neglect on the part of a guest will be the responsibility of the guest and appropriate charges for the repair or replacement of damages will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
Well-behaved dogs of a moderate size are allowed in the Carolina Cottage and the Honeymoon Cottage. A $25 – $35 charge per night/per pet will be added to your room rate. We provide water bowls, treats, potty bags and extra linens and towels to all guests traveling with their dogs. We expect that you would treat our home as you would your own and respect our pet policies. All pets must be current on yearly shots and flea prevention regimen. “Deposit” clean–up bags are offered and requested to be used when walking your dog. Extra towels and sheets are provided to cover and protect our furniture. We require a crate if you plan on leaving your pet alone in the room during your stay. Please make certain that your pet is familiar with traveling away from home and will be comfortable (and quiet) if left alone while you are out exploring Asheville. An emergency contact number (your cell phone) must be provided to us, should we need to contact you while in Asheville. Please talk with your innkeeper if you wish to arrange to have your dog walked during your stay. Should your room need excessive cleaning after your stay, an appropriate cleaning fee may be charged to your credit card on file.
We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 14 years old. We respect that most of our guests come to our inn for a romantic getaway and have made prior arrangements to spend quality time away from their children.
