From I-40 take Exit 50 or Exit 50B.
Both say "Biltmore Estate". Go north for approximately a quarter of a mile, and look for Arby's and Bruegger's on your right. Take the small street in between (Lula); it dead ends into Reed in one short block. Take a left on Reed, and an immediate right on Warren. Proceed a very short block and turn right on Dodge. Go one block and look for our sign on the left at the driveway entrance.
The Fine Print
ROOM RATES
Room rates range from $220-$325/night (plus tax), which includes a full gourmet breakfast served at 9am. Our inn has a guest pantry stocked with soft drinks, water, ice, coffeemaker, glassware, champagne buckets, etc… available to our guests 24 hours/7 days a week. We offer complimentary wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm on busy weekends.
When you make a reservation with us, you are entering into a verbal contract that is somewhat different from a hotel reservation. Hotels overbook on the assumption that guests may not show up. We only have 6 rooms, so in our case, if you reserve a room, we guarantee that you will have accommodations. You, as our guest, guarantee payment subject to the cancellation policy stated below and any terms that are agreed upon over the telephone or Internet. Each reservation must be guaranteed with advance deposit by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. One night or 50% of your total stay (whichever is greater) is required as a deposit. Cancellations require a 14-day notice, and will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25. Within 14 days of your reservation start date, the deposit will be forfeit, unless the room can be rebooked. Early departures from your original reservation are also included in this cancellation policy.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Check-ins are from 3-6 p.m. Early (12 noon-3pm) and late-check-ins (6-8pm) must be approved in advance. We try to minimize late check-ins to avoid disturbing our other guests.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We cheerfully accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks (approved with a valid driver’s license).
NON-SMOKING POLICY
We are a NON-SMOKING inn, including the porches and grounds. Failure to comply with our policy in your room will result in a $300 service charge to clean your room.
PET POLICY
Well-behaved dogs/cats of a moderate size are allowed in the Carolina Suite and Honeymoon Room. A $25 charge per night/per animal will be added to your room rate. We offer water bowls and treats in your room. We expect that you would treat our home as you would your own home and respect our pet policies. All pets must be current on yearly shots and flea prevention regimen. “Deposit” clean–up bags are offered and expected to be used when walking your dog. Extra towels and sheets are provided to cover and protect our furniture. We prefer a crate if you plan on leaving your pet for an extended period during your stay. Please make sure that your pet is familiar with traveling away from home and will be comfortable (and quiet) if left alone while you are out exploring Asheville. An emergency contact number (your cell phone) must be provided to us, should we need to contact you while in Asheville. Please talk to the innkeeper if you need to arrange to have your dog walked during your stay.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are allowed in the Biltmore Suite or the Carolina Suite. Due to our small dining room, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 years old. We respect that most of our guests come to our inn for a romantic getaway and have made prior arrangements to spend quality time away from their children.
