General Info And Cancellations

Deposit & Payment Options:

At the time of booking, 50% of your reservation will be charged. For one night stays, we charge the full amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. We do not accept cash or check.

Check in:

Your room will be ready beginning at 3 pm. We take our cleaning jobs seriously, so please understand we are not able to offer early check ins at this time. We’re happy to offer an easy self check-in process to facilitate a slightly more contactless experience, meaning you can arrive at your leisure.

Check out:

Check out is by 11:00am.

Restrictions:

Rates posted are for double occupancy.

We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. A $350 fee will apply to any room in violation of this policy.

We are not able to accommodate pets in any of our guest rooms.

We welcome children 14 years of age or older staying with a parent or guardian.

Cancellations:

Sometimes life gets in the way of your travel plans and you may need to cancel your reservation. Unlike hotels and airlines that purposefully overbook, our bed and breakfast guarantees each reservation and we’re unable to overcome the loss of a last minute cancellation. We’ve come up with a policy that is fair for everyone.

Reservations that are cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, will be charged a $45 processing fee per room.

A 30 day cancellation notice is required for groups of three or more rooms even if booked or cancelled separately.

If you must cancel or change the dates of your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, your balance will be charged and your

reservation is non-refundable unless we are successful in re-booking your room. A full or partial refund may be given less a $45 processing fee. We’re sorry, but no refunds will be issued if your room does not re-book. As a small bed and breakfast with only 8 guest rooms, we’re unable to overcome the loss of a last minute cancellation.

*COVID-19 Statement*

If the state of NC or Buncombe County mandates that we close, we will issue a credit in the amount of your deposit for you to use at a later date. No refunds will be issued due to covid-19, fear of travel, stay home or self quarantine orders in your state or county, etc.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for all of those unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight cancellations, inclement weather, etc. We are not able to make exceptions to our policy. We are not affiliated with any specific travel insurance company, but we recommend searching for the best one for your needs.
