General Info And Cancellations

Deposit & Payment Options:

At the time of booking, 50% of your reservation will be charged. For one night stays, we charge the full amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. We do not accept cash or check.

Check in:

Your room will be ready beginning at 4 pm. We take our cleaning jobs seriously, so please understand we are not able to offer early check ins at this time. We’re happy to offer an easy self check-in process to facilitate a slightly more contactless experience, meaning you can arrive at your leisure.

Check out is by 11:00am.


Rates posted are for double occupancy.

We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. A $350 fee will apply to any room in violation of this policy.

We are not able to accommodate pets in any of our guest rooms.

We welcome children 14 years of age or older staying with a parent or guardian.


As a small property with a very limited number of guest rooms, we are unable to overcome the loss of a last minute change or cancellation to a reservation. A partial refund may be given if we are able to re-book the cancelled room. You may want to consider travel insurance when booking your stay.

Refunds will be made for cancellations 14 days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival, less a cancellation fee of $45 per room.

If you must change or cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice of your arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is nonrefundable.

For all group reservations, holiday or October stays, a 30 day cancellation will apply.
