Deposit & Payment Options:

At the time of booking, 50% of your reservation will be charged. For one night stays, we charge the full amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. We do not accept cash or check.

Check in:

Your room will be ready beginning at 4 pm. We take our cleaning jobs seriously, so please understand we are not able to offer early check ins at this time. We’re happy to offer an easy self check-in process! We’ll send instructions the day before you’re scheduled to arrive!

Check out:

Check out is by 11:00am. Any non-approved late check-outs will incur a $75 fee per hour.

Restrictions:

Rates posted are for double occupancy and all guest rooms accommodate 2 guests per room.

We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. A $350 fee will apply to any room in violation of this policy.

We are not able to accommodate pets in any of our guest rooms.

We welcome children 14 years of age or older staying with a parent or guardian.

Cancellations:

Please read in full before booking. As a small property with a very limited number of guest rooms, we are unable to overcome the loss of a last minute change or cancellation to a reservation. We’re pleased to offer guests two cancellation options when booking so please be sure to select the one that works best for you!

All reservations are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled unless you select the flexible cancellation rate.

With the flexible cancellation rate you can cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior for a refund, minus a 12% fee of the booking total. You may also reschedule your stay if rescheduled at least 15 days prior.

Note that you can not change to the flex cancellation rate after your booking has been confirmed. If the flex cancellation rate is not selected at check out then all reservations/rates are non-refundable. Reschedules with flex cancellation will need to pay any rate price differences for rescheduled stays. Reschedules automatically become non-refundable and only one reschedule is allowed per flex rate. We recommend all guests purchase at least a basic level trip insurance package from a third-party trip insurance provider to cover you for cancellations less than 15 days in advance.
