Deposit & Payment Options:
At the time of booking, 50% of your reservation will be charged. For one night stays, we charge the full amount.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We do not accept cash or check.
Check in is from 3:00pm - 6:00pm. If arriving later than 6:00pm, please call ahead to make special arrangements.
Check out is at 11:00am.
Rates posted are for double occupancy. The Carolina Cottage is the only guest room that accommodates 3 adults for an additional $50 per night.
We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. A $350 fee will apply to any room in violation of this policy.
We are not able to accommodate pets in any of our guest rooms.
We welcome children 14 years of age or older staying with a parent or guardian.
Sometimes life gets in the way of your travel plans and you may need to cancel your reservation. Unlike hotels and airlines that purposefully overbook, our bed and breakfast guarantees each reservation and we're unable to overcome the loss of a last minute cancellation. We've tried to come up with a policy that is fair for everyone.
Reservations that are cancelled outside of 14 days, will be charged a $45 processing fee.
Reservations that are cancelled inside of 14 days, will be charged for the full amount of their reservation at the time the reservation is cancelled. If we are able to re-book the room, we will issue a refund, less a $45 processing fee. Please note that a partial refund may be given if the room re-books at a lower rate or by a third party.
Any changes made to your reservation (room change, date change or early departure) falls within our cancellation policy.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for all of those unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight cancellations, inclement weather, etc. We are not able to make exceptions to our policy. While we are not affiliated with any specific travel insurance company, a simple Google search will easily point you in the right direction.
