COVID-19 Statement

Yes, we’re open and we can’t wait to have you stay at our historic bed and breakfast! We want to provide an update detailing the extra efforts we are taking at BVI to ensure that when you are ready to take your next adventure to Asheville, you can feel confident while staying with us.

• We’re offering an easy contactless self check-in experience
• Staff will not enter guest rooms once they’ve been checked into, but we have sanitized baskets placed in all rooms for guests to place any items in they’d like replaced each day
• As always, rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in-between guests to include: keys, door knobs, tubs, linens, remotes, light switches, etc. This is our commitment to our guests.
• We will continue to serve our chef prepared two-course breakfast, but of course all guests will be safely spaced and we have air purifiers going during service
• All guests will wear face coverings except when actively eating or sitting outside away from other guests
• Staff will wear face coverings at all times and gloves will be worn once sanitizing rooms before check in
• Door knobs and high traffic areas will be sanitized twice daily
